📦 Refund & Return Policy – Snapsonic

We want you to love your Snapsonic — but we understand that things happen. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.


🔧 Damaged or Faulty Items

We inspect all orders before shipment, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (EMAIL ADDRESS) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.


🚫 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check your order before checking out.


🌍 International Customers (Including EU)

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging

  • You must notify us in writing via email

  • Return shipping is at your expense

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund excluding original shipping charges.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for return under our policy, you may return it and place a new order.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If it’s been over 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
